Return & Refund Policy

At Asadexstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

Return Period:
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

• The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

• For electronics, all seals and tags must be intact.

• Branded products with manufacturer warranty can also be claimed through their respective service centers.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at support@asadexstore.pk or WhatsApp us at +92 304 2849705 with your Order Number and photos of the issue.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5-7 working days.

We are proud to offer FREE Shipping on all orders across Pakistan. There are no hidden charges or extra taxes at checkout.

Order Processing (Handling Time):
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time (Transit Time):
Once shipped, your order will reach you within 3 to 5 working days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via SMS or Email so you can monitor your delivery status.

Damaged Shipments:
