Data Deletion Policy for Asadexstore Online Shopping

At Asadexstore Online Shopping, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. This page outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your account and associated data from our systems.
This policy applies to all user accounts created through the Asadexstore Online Shopping mobile application.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:
Send an email to our dedicated data management team at support@asadexstore.pk (ya agar aapne naya email banaya hai to deletion@asadexstore.pk likhein).
Use the following subject line for your email: “Account Deletion Request”.
In the body of the email, please include the following information to help us verify your identity and locate your account:
Your Full Name
The Email Address registered with your Asadexstore account
The Phone Number registered with your Asadexstore account
This information is required to ensure that we are deleting the correct account and to prevent fraudulent requests.
2. What Happens When Your Account is Deleted?
Once we receive and verify your deletion request, we will proceed with the permanent deletion of your account and its associated personal data.
Data that will be permanently deleted includes:
Your Name
Your Email Address and Phone Number
Your saved delivery addresses
Your complete Order History linked to your identity
Any other personal information you provided to us.
3. Data We May Retain (and Why)
For legal, financial, and tax purposes, we are required to retain certain transactional data for a specific period, even after your account is deleted. This data is anonymized and is not linked to your personal identity.
Data that will be retained in an anonymized form includes:
Transaction IDs and order dates
Products purchased and transaction amounts
This non-identifiable data will be retained for a period of 5 years as required by Pakistani law for auditing and financial record-keeping. After this period, this data will also be purged.
4. Processing Time
We will confirm the receipt of your request via email. The complete deletion process will be finalized within 30 business days from the date of verification.
